    Hi everyone, I have a problem in changing the footer of my theme. I try to add other components, but nothing appears to me not even the “+” symbol to add components. The only option I have is “change the color” or “change the Copyright”. Can anyone help me, thanks.

    Hello @oxymoronsrl!

    This issue could be caused by a plugin conflict. You could try to install the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue is solved. If it is fixed, reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the guilty plugin and then replace it with an alternative one.

    Hey @oxymoronsrl,

    Thank you for reporting this behavior.

    The problem was addressed in the latest releases for the theme, and it shouldn’t occur with Neve version 3.0.10.

    Would it be possible to confirm if it works as expected now?

    Ok thanks, I just installed the update to version 3.0.10, and the problem is gone, thanks again for the assistance
