This issue could be caused by a plugin conflict. You could try to install the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue is solved. If it is fixed, reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the guilty plugin and then replace it with an alternative one.

The problem was addressed in the latest releases for the theme, and it shouldn’t occur with Neve version 3.0.10.
Would it be possible to confirm if it works as expected now?
