I am using the SupportCandy plugin to manage Support Tickets on my custom WordPress website. I would like to know if the plugin provides shortcodes or CSS class names to display ticket counts such as New Tickets, Unresolved, Unassigned, and Closed, along with recent ticket details, so I can showcase these on my custom admin dashboard (index.php).
Additionally, if an agent is assigned to a ticket, is it possible to send email notifications to the assigned agent? Also, can multiple agents be assigned to a single support ticket?
Regarding the “Customers” section in the admin dashboard, when clicking the View button (which triggers
javascript:wpsc_view_customer_info(3, '4f8b66f97c')), can the chat log for that customer be displayed?Finally, I want to customize the ticket submission form by adding custom fields. Will I be able to access the CSS class names for those custom form fields for styling purposes?
