Hello!
We are getting complaints from our customers that they are unable to checkout via memberpress’ signup form to become a subscriber. They are receiving a message when they put in the coupon code we are offering that says: *** Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. ***

Do you happen to know why? I really appreciate any help you can give!

Hello @nerdnestmedia,

We need to analyze your logs. Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log: Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] —> choose your website in the drop-down menu —> there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> mark records using these buttons.
