Forbidden Page when using forms

    I have a client who is using CleanTalk with several custom forms (not a forms plugin). Everything was working great but last week they started getting Page Forbidden responses from CleanTalk when the forms were filled out.

    I have temporarily disabled CleanTalk but I need to get it back on as soon as possible. I have no idea why this is happening or how to resolve it.

    I also use CleanTalk on other sites and am not having issues on the other sites.

    I just ran a user check and MY ip is showing up as a spammer. What do I do? How do I whitelist myself and how do I get this cleared?

    Hello,

    First of all go to Anti-spam log,

    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week

    Then mark there your attempts to submit forms as “Not spam”. After that, within 5-10 minutes your IP will be whitelisted at the client’s website.

    Does it work?

    Any way, please send to welcome at cleantalk dot org. The website URL, we will check our logs to resolve this issue completely.

    Thanks! I just went to the black list and clicked remove IP from list to request removal of my ip.

    Also upgraded from 5.26 o 5.27 and the issue seems to be resolved at this point.

    Will send url next.
