# Force author level posts into moderation queue?

 * Is there a way to force author level posts into moderation queue or draft status?
 * I set up a company blog and Bossman wants all employees to contribute, so we 
   now have about 30 authors register on the site. However, Bossman would prefer
   that they cannot make a live post without it going through approval.
 * Any suggestions for doing such?
