 * Why do you need to refresh your cache?
 * You don’t need to clear your cache for a standard WordPress installation. You
   only need to do this if you have some sort of caching plugin. Do you have a caching
   plugin installed?

 * You may need to clear your browsers cache if assets such as stylesheets are being
   cached.
 * The Easiest way to do this is add a query string to the end of your stylesheets
   URL or you can just increment the version number in your themes stylesheet as
   well.
