Force reset for Version 5.3.5

Hello,

Version 6 gives me white pages which I don’t have the skillset to resolve. Downgradeing to version 5.3.5 works for me but the shortcut to reset lets encrypt is not showing.

If I try to use the “go to wizard” button below it appears to use a different path than version 5

use the https://really-simple-ssl.com/instructions/installing-a-free-lets-encrypt-ssl-certificate/

What is the shortcut to initialise the wizard for version 5 please.

To open the Let’s Encrypt Wizard in version 5 of the plugin, please use the following URL (place your domain before the /wp-admin/ part):

In any case, we would happy to help you resolve the ’empty dashboard’ issue that you are experiencing. Could you visit the Dashboard page once more (in Really Simple SSL 6.0 and upwards), open your browser’s developer tools and navigate to the “Console” tab, then attach a screenshot of any errors that appear here? That would point us towards the most-likely cause.

Hi @accasinfo,
Your logs display a “403 Forbidden” error code, meaning that something is blocking the request.
This can be due to a security plugin, or your hosting company. Removing the rule that blocks it will resolve the issue and result in the Dashboard appearing as expected.
