 * Hi there, great plugin! I set my featured images to be medium size, and it doesn’t
   look very good (pixelated). Is there a way to force it to retrieve these images
   again? I’ve tried the Update button in the Syndicated Site section but it doesn’t

 * Update: I was looking into this a little further and I’m realizing that **it’s
   not pulling the featured image, it’s pulling the first image in the post** which
   is why it’s so small. If I could get it to pull the featured image (which is 
   a good size) it would look much better…thoughts?
