Force url to open

I have a link to a pdf file in the form of
https://site.com/?wpdmdl=4623″
That i would like to force to open in the browser instead of down loading is this possible. I need the url method as its part of an image map

If you want to open the pdf in browser instead of download, please check “Open in browser” option in wpdm settings.
