# Forcing PHP 7……

 * We host all of our sites on WPEngine, who, unfortunately will not upgrade PHP
   to 7.0 until all of the sites on our server are fully compatible. So… I guess
   this is where we part ways with Sunny. It’s a sad goodbye thanks to your latest
   update disabling the plugin since we are not running PHP 7. We would have gladly
   paid for a developer license… 🙁 Goodbye Sunny.

   in forking a PHP 5 compatible version. You might want to get in touch with him.
