# Foreign Languages

 * Why am I having trouble adding a foreign language to my pages. It publishes as
   question marks. What can I do to solve this problem ?

 * I fixed the problem by doing what I found on other threads here. I removed the
   following from my wp-config.php file.
 * /** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */
    define(‘DB_CHARSET’,‘
   utf8’);
 * /** The Database Collate type. Don’t change this if in doubt. */
    define(‘DB_COLLATE’,”);
 * Now my site works fine.
