They got back to me telling me that the form is not responding on clicking the button. Thanks for sending a link to your site. * I noticed when I press ctrl + shift + J while on your site and attempt to subscribe to your optin, I am getting some alerts in the console. You can take a look at this yourself. * This could be caused by a few different things conflicting on your site. * To search for a conflict on your site, kindly : * Deactivate all plugins, except the one experiencing issues. See if the issue persists: If so, your issue is not caused by conflict with a plugin. * If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins was causing a conflict. You need to find which. * Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict. * If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. I have not switched the other plugin on again but the form has issues submitting. Is this something to do with Mailchimp and the settings there or is that from your plugin. Sometimes these will cause a conflict. * Failing that, try resetting or get a new API key through MailChimp, and reconnecting your forms.
