 * Hi,
    I recently migrated my site from an on-line server to my local host server(
   apache) in myh laptop. The contact form that used to work well now is not accessible
   after the migration I can still see the form entry within the forms listing,
   however the following message appears at the very top of the FF form creating
   window saying:
 * > mysqli_query(): (HY000/1194): Table ‘wp_frm_fields’ is marked as crashed and
   > should be repaired in on line
 * I unistalled the plugin, installed it again (with the latest update) but the
   problem persists.
    When I try to build a new form, the new fields are not saved
   and the same error message keeps appearing at the top of the form builder’s page.
   Also, when I try to display in a new page what I have added so far I am told
   that the form is still blanc. Any help appreciated

 * Hi there,
    Thanks for reaching out. That mysql message is indicating that there
   is an issue the the database table: wp_frm_fields. This likely happened during
   the migration fro, your server to your local host. I don’t think the Formidable
   Forms plugin is crashing the table, but can’t read or write to that table correctly,
   which is why there is an error.
 * Here is a site that discusses why the table may have crashed and how to fix it:

   > Other possible causes of MySQL table crashes include operating system problems,
   > power failures, hardware issues, unexpected MySQL server termination, data
   > corruption due to external programs, etc.
