 * I have a issue with this plugin, many times, i received a error “There are mandatory
   fields left blank.”, but all of this are completed.

 * I use a additional plugin to popup form, the developer of this plugin recommended
   to contact Form 7 Support for this issue after investigated this issue.

   Form 7, Really Simple CAPTCHA, and WooCommerce.
