# Form Field Data Types

 * I have a field in the db that stores boolean values as ASCII “True” or “False”.
   If I create a profile form for these fields as type Dropdown with values True/
   False, everything works fine and the value is stored as ASCII.
 * The Checkbox & Radio fields are stored as an array. Is there a way to use these
   fields but store values as ASCII “True” or “False”?
