# Form Fields do not Function

 * This review is for the pro version
 * Unfortunately the feature for the form fields and form submissions does not work.
   
   Therefore reviewers cannot add their name, text review, star rating or any other
   similar functionality.
 * They can only upload a video, but as the site owner we have no context as the
   fields we require a reviewer to complete are not stored/saved.
 * Happy to update the review if this is resolved.

 * Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and our developer
   team already working on it. Hopefully, we’ll fix it soon and release a new fixed
   version.
