# Form Fields do not work

 * Data from form fields is not stored or saved.
 * So we do not have any of the form data available when someone submits a video
   review, spoke to chat support who indicated this was a minor bug and you had 
   it in the backlog.
 * It would seem to be core functionality and the only reason to upgrade to pro (
   beyond the limit on number of reviews).
