# Form Fields not showing

 * The First and Last name form fields are not transferring over to wordpress from
   mailchimp. I’ve tried “renewing mailchimp lists” and nothing happens.
 * The form fields show in both the general forms as well as under settings “List
   fields and *|MERGE|* tags”. Am I missing something?
 * Any help would be much appreciated.

 * Hi,
 * After clicking the Renew Lists button, do you see the lists displayed underneath
   the button? Does it show an error instead?
 * Did you already select the list under Form > Settings ?
    That should show the
   buttons for the fields of that list above the form editor. If no list is set 
   no fields might show as the fields are per list.
