    Hi,

    Can you please be a bit more specific in what you need assistance with. What do you mean ‘Cant Control’? Can you not add them to the form builder? Are you having some other sort of issue.

    If you are unable to add fields to the form, it’s most likely due to a javascript conflict in your theme. You may want to temporarily try switching themes and testing again.
