Form Generator that includes a save feature?

Hello, Is there a form generator plugin (like formbuilder) that also includes a “Save” feature? Requirements:
– Form can be easily generated by anyone (like the formbuilder plugin)
– When filling in the form online, you may be able to save the form, and return to it at a later time?

The forms would obviously be VERY long, such as an application to a university etc.
