Form hangs after submit

Hi there,

I’d really appreciate any help you can offer me here.

I’ev set up a 30 day trial of SalesForce to test your plugin on a staging site before I start trying to send “live” leads to my clients SalesForce account.

I’ve set everything up as per your instructions but when I submit the form it seems to hang – the circular arrow animated gif just keeps on spinning.

The site is hosted with WPEngine – but I don’t think it’s a caching issue (has happened in the past with other plugins – but also I don’t think the staging version of the site is cached).

What could be causing this issue?
