# Form issues

 * User submission does not show that it has been submitted, loading circle just
   keeps turning.
 * ENd user is also receiving multiple copies of the same submission, so that is
   working, but incorrectly.

 * We have MANY. Are there any in particular that are having conflicts? We have 
   not had any issues until just a few days ago.
