# Form keeps loading

 * Hi there,
 * I really like your plugin but I have run into another problem. When I’m not logged
   in (eg guest user), the form keeps loading upon submission. I have to refresh
   the browser to stop the form. However, the comment gets submitted to the database,
   no problem.
    This doesn’t happen when I’m logged in. Any ideas?

    There is some Facebook plugin installed on your wordpress site. 
   This plugin can’t load all it’s resources and keep loading those. This affects

 * Could you please deactivate all facebook plugins “like”, “share”, “connection”
   and check WooDiscuz again.

    Thanks so much for your quick reply and great support! I have deactivated
   any sharing, facebook etc but still it doesn’t work unless I’m logged in.

 * Hi clounge,
    The problem on your website is fixed. The reason was “Jetpack Only
   for Admins” plugin, it has some functions which affect JSON parsing on WooDiscuz
   plugin. We’ve made some small change in this plugin so please do not update it.
   And as far as we see there will not be any updates for this plugin in future.
   It has not been updated since 2013-1-24.
