 * Are you using the [Form Maker](https://wordpress.org/plugins/form-maker/) plugin
   to make the survey?
 * WordPoints does not have a feature to integrate with the Form Maker plugin. I
   will add this to the list of requests for new features. The list is long, so 
   it will be a few months before I can build this feature for you.

 * i can just used for :
 * Leaving a new comment.
    Receiving a comment. Visiting the site at least once 
   in a given time period. New post published. Registering with the site.
 * or can i used for another points hooks ?
 * have you a pro version to have more option ?
