# Form maker Submit problem

 * hi,
 * After filling in the form and sent, the form was set to empty field(which is 
   ok) but there’s no success message/ custom message after submitting and the record
   is not showing. The unique field is not working aswell.
 *  but, when I tried the demo version, it works very well.

 * Thanks for your inquiry,
 * Dear user, can you please remove this field ‘Product Serial Number (Enter 17 
   digits serial number without ‘-‘.)* and check again?
 * If after removing, it works correctly, then, please send me a screenshot of this
   field when you create it in the backend, if you have used any regular expression
   then please just send the regular expression.
 * If removing this field will not help, then please check whether you have any 
   cache or auto-optimize plugin, if there is any such plugin/tool, then please 
   exclude the form page link from being cached or optimized and check again.
