# Form Not Capturing Names

 * I love this little plugin because I can make nice forms using WPForms that look
   way prettier than ConvertKit forms but still add the tags.
 * One small problem: even though I have the Name field selected in the CK settings
   in WPForms, the names do not show up in the subscriber profiles in CK. Is there
   something that is preventing the names from being captured?
