Form Not Working

I read your FAQs and problem solving tactics, but the form is still not sending email. I have tested the form and I receive the email, however, when I fill out the form, we do not receive any email. I was using this form for a few months until I started using Pardot for marketing automation purposes.

I have tried 1 – 3c.

The above mentioned is a service.

Is your e-mail address linked to this service? What I mean is if you are using their e-mail address for your contact form?

No, but we added SPF entries to our DNS during the initial on boarding process.

So is it fair to say that the problem then is not really related to the plugin but with the new service you added to your DNS?

That is what I am trying to figure out. I am discontinuing the service. However, this plugin was functioning fine when this service was placed on the DNS.

I believe we moved to godaddy.com or something similar last year. I will try these steps again.
