 * Hi,
    I need a form for user submitting their data to me. But before they go to
   form, i need the user to have the code first and the code is given by me as the
   admin, so user who don’t have the code can’t fill the form (the code should generate
   automatically too). Could you give an advice what plugin should i choose?
