form plugin?

    Hi Everyone,
    I’m relatively new to WordPress. I’m looking for a form plugin that would create forms and store the results in a database. Results should be easily accessed through a UI or capable of being exported to Excel. The forms also need to be able to process payments using PayPal Website Pro. Is there anything out there that has this sort of functionality? If not, is it possible just to create PHP forms and use them on WordPress pages?
