So on the site that works I can add form fields – perfect! Sorry, I think there’s quite a bit of miscommunication going on. I think I’ve found a solution which I’ll be implementing this afternoon, if it works I’ll post the details in this thread. * But – if you are interested, I’ll explain the scenario: * The original site, with plugin installed the normal way, has a problem with the form fields in the admin (the unique number for each added field is not iterating). The cloned site, with plugin folders and db migrated, works perfectly! * So today I will be swapping the original out for the clone. If it presents the same bug then it’s a server issue.
