 * You can add the header of each section using **Custom HTML** field of Form Maker.
   If you need them to be formatted as headings, please enable **Text** mode and
   add the text in `<h3>` tags, such as:
 * `<h3 class="section-header">Heading text</h3>`

 * I’ll be honest, you have lost me.
 * Are you honestly saying that you do not have a draggable field for a simple label?

 * Please note, that it is not required to write any code. Please have a look at
   [this short video](http://recordit.co/AsXrRAd0zC). Hope that will help you while
   using Custom HTML field.
 * This field is a text editor, which will let you place any code. And since you
   mentioned you need Section Headers, I thought headings might be helpful.

 * That is also done by dragging the fields next to each other. Or when you add 
   a new field, simply drag it next to the field where you wish to have it.
 * But please note, that the width of the container your form is in, needs to be
   large enough to contain 2 columns. You can make the fields smaller using Size(
   px) option of each field.
