# Form Shortcode

 * Hi… I have purchased the Form extension and set this up. Is it possible to use
   a shortcode to display the form on a different page rather than the /submit/ 
   page as we would like to restrict the form to members only.

 * If you navigate to the Connections Settings admin page and click the Form tab,
   their is an option to require a login. I suggest enabling that option.
 * There is a legacy shortcode, `[connections_form]` which you could use. But I 
   would recommend the other option.
