# Form Stopped Loading

 * We have been using the form and theme for over 3 years and all of a sudden, form
   stops loading. We check both theme and plugin and neither has had any updates.
   Please help.

 * The problem is that there is a JS error on your site coming from the theme.
 * Please solve that error and the form will render correctly.
