What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I just tried it again by placing the form on https://speakerdynamics.com/form-testing, using Twenty Twenty-Three theme, and turning off ALL plugins except for Contact Form 7. It is still taking a long time to submit.
I suspect that it is your hosting issue. I have used Godaddy hosting before and the speed is terrible.
I tried loading your website and it takes me about 5 to 7 seconds just to load the page with the form.
You can test by trying out other contact form plugin and see if you still have any speed issue with the form. If yes, then 100% it is due to your hosting.
I upgraded our hosing package. It is a bit faster, but still taking 5+ seconds. Will live with it for now, but it seems slower than other forms I’ve used on other sites.
