Format displays differently using Multisite

On my multisite primary page: https:saltwater-fishing-charters.com shows the correct format how i want the tag cloud to appear (left sidebar toward botom as a widget) with different shades of color and fonst size depending on importance/relevance of the tag.
On all of the subdomain sites the cloud populates the same color and same font size for all tags…

https://deep-sea-fishing-charters.saltwater-fishing-charters.com/I have all of the latest updates and mirrored all the settings inside of each subdomain site to the primary site.
Grrrr… Any ideas?
