 * Is there any way to resolve the following formatting issues:
 * 1) LinkedIn smart button always appears a few pixels higher than everything else
   when used in normal mode (not hidden in share button).
 * 2) Facebook “Like” button has large white space after it.
 * 3) Share button popup has too much bottom margin. I could probably fix this in
   CSS, but I don’t know if that would mess anything else up.
 * Also, are there plans to add the new Facebook “Send” button?
