 * Hi,
 * On my [Website](http://phorest.org/product/minecraft-birthday-invitation-printable/#comment-583),
   there is an error that comes up just before a commenters name on a post that
   reads:
    Warning: strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /
   home3/phoreste/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 2471
 * Debug mode is false.
 * Does anyone have any idea what the error might mean?
    Thanks in advance for any
   advice.

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

 * Yes, the problem was with plugin:
    YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page
 * I’ve deactivate it and error is gone.
 * Thank you!

 * Ok, since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official
   support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have
   faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s
   developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues,
   as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back
   to the community in a more robust way.
