# Formidable Form Integration

 * Hello, we built a form using Formidable Form and we want to integrate it in one
   of our FreshSales lead forms. The problem is on the mapping settings, there is
   no option to select which lead form I want to integrate my formidable form with.
 * Hopefully that makes sense, and hopefully you can help me. Thank you.

 * I would also like it to work with Formidable Forms. There’s a js error which 
   prevents Formidable Forms from working correctly. I found it in the admin, setting
   up the field mapping section. It’s not compatible with the latest version of 
   Formidable Forms it seems. Too bad, was exactly what I needed.
