# Formidable form support

 * Strategy 11 does not provide any technical support for the Formidable Form plugin.
   Over the past 8 months, I have not received a single answer from them for 12 
   questions. I get referred to Codeable.io all the time. But I don’t need to develop
   anything and pay extra money. I only want an answer how to use some form functions.
   Because the company has almost no technical documentation on the Internet. But
   which we see information in Internet at 50% clogged with advertising and self-
   praise. As a result, for 8 months I cannot use the Formidable Form Pro plugin.

 * I’ve just checked your support history and I can see that you have received replies
   from our support team for every single inquiry. I see 15 tickets connected to
   your account, and we have recommended our community site or Codable for custom
   coding needs 4 times.
 * Our support limits specifically exclude help with code, and it seems many of 
   your questions are related to functions that are not built-in and require code
   to achieve what you need. These limits are clearly explained in our documentation

 * In your last ticket, you told our support moderator that you were going back 
   to your previous form builder so did not require further help, and while I wish
   we could have provided a product that better suited your needs, we simply cannot
   dedicate developer time to custom functionality that will only be used by you.
