 * I’m using your plugin with Formidable Forms, enabled the integration in your 
   settings, but the emails are sent out without the design included.
    How can I
   debug this issue?

 * As this issue was caused by an incorrectly used filter in the child-theme, I 
   will mark this thread as resolved.
