# Forminator error when submitting form

 * When submitting the form, I am getting ‘ Error! Something went wrong. It doesn’t
   tell me what went wrong. The form had been working until lately. What has changed?
   Need solution ASAP!!!

 * Thank you for providing the export code. The form itself is working fine on my
   lab site, therefore it’s possible there’s some issue with the PayPal account 
   restrictions.
 * Could you please try making a payment, to reproduce the error, and then check
   if there are any error responses (colored in red) in the [PayPal Developer Dashboard](https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/dashboard/),
   in _Event Logs >> API Calls_.
 * You’ll need to click on the Debug ID to view the response:

   there’s some account-related issue that should be resolved, like pending verification
