Forminator form created not submitting

    after creating form, the form does not submit, hence an inability to use form.

    I hope you are keeping well and sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

    I noticed that the website returns a Critical Error message upon form submission, which may indicate a conflict. To investigate further, could you enable WP_DEBUG_LOG to check if any PHP errors are being reported?

    Once WP_DEBUG is enabled, replicate the issue to generate a debug.log file in the wp-content directory. Share this log file in your next response so we can review it and assist you further.
