Hi @jedco03
I hope you’re well today!
The current “format” is the only one currently supported by this integration.
It can’t be changed with any existing option and would require a solid amount of custom code based on Forminator’s built-in hooks. I’m afraid providing such code is out of the scope of this support.
Kind regards,
Adam
I understnad. I won’t try to fix it. Another question. Currently when it pastes the submission to the forms. how come the answer column is empty?
Hi @jedco03
Thank you for response!
Currently when it pastes the submission to the forms. how come the answer column is empty?
I’m not quite sure if I understand. Could you, please, share some basic steps on how to replicate this so we could try on our end and get a better picture of the issue?
This way we could test it and either provide you with explanation or, if it turns out to be some sort of an unexpected behavior/bug – we would report it to our Forminator Team so developers could fix it.
Kind regards,
Adam
Basically I made a Quiz form in Forminator and integrated it to my Google Sheets.
What happens is that I have 8 columns when it goes to google sheets: Date, LName, FName, Email, Phone, Questions, Answers, and Results.
When I answer the quiz and submit it, and goes to google sheets. All of them has values when I submit. except for the answers column. its null. its empty.
Hello @jedco03
I ran some tests on my lab site and tried to replicate the issue, but couldn’t, the answers are always added to the column in my google sheet.
Could you please export your quiz and share it with us using a free online storage website like Dropbox or Google Drive so we can run more tests?
Best Regards,
Amin
