Forminator Payment Not Working

How do I create a set of new keys?

Ok – I created a new set of keys and updated them in forminator and it is still not working. Who can help get this resolved ASAP? Just a note – even though prefilled is disabled, I am able to prefill information based on my google chrome settings. Not sure if that is causing issues. But i have had others try to use the site and they cannot pay either. Please advise.

When is the ETA on the fix? I created a form from scratch and it still did not work. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
