Forminator Poll Not Responsive – Support Needed

    Hello Forminator Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with a Forminator poll on my website. The poll is not displaying responsively, which is preventing me from using it effectively. Details: – Poll ID: [forminator_poll id=”0″] – Page URL: https://mondosol.com/most-meaningful-personalized-gifts/ – Issue: The poll is not responsive and doesn’t adapt to different screen sizes Expected behavior: The poll should be responsive and adapt to different screen sizes to provide a good user experience across all devices. Current behavior: The poll is not adapting to different screen sizes, making it unusable. Could you please help me resolve this responsiveness issue?     Hope you’re doing well today! I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with Forminator Polls.

    I tried to replicate the issue by creating a Poll on my lab site and tested it on various screen sizes (eg:. Mobile, Tab & Desktop) and it was able to adjust fine based on the screen size. I also could not find any previous reports about the issue.

    I also visited the URL that you’ve shared in order to replicate the issue on your website but I see the page is removed at the moment probably? Because I can see 404: Page Not Found when I visit the URL. Ref: https://monosnap.com/file/42YXirS58fci3FPu8rrhp5tvQA7zdD

    In this case, we’ll need to replicate the issue once so that we can troubleshoot it further. For this, would it be possible to share the export of the Poll with us? Also, could you please confirm if the issue happens also with other polls as well as Forminator forms that you might have added on your site?

    To export the Poll,
    – Navigate to the “Forminator -> Polls” page in your site’s back-end
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the poll in question
    – select “Export” option
    – copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
    – include link to that paste in your response below.

    Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.
