Hi @marajo2021,
If you edit your form and go to Email Notifications tab you can edit the emails and switch to Advanced tab to configure reply-to emails.
You can either enter direct email if you want a specific email to be replied to by your users.
Or if you’re changing Admin email you can use the + sign and add the user email field there so you will be replying to that submitted email yourself.
Check below screenshot for more insight on what I’m referring to:

Thank you Predrag but you just suggested what i mentioned in my post that it did not work. When someone submites a form (a reservation inquiry for hotel for me)the administrator gets an email(in gmail for me) that it seems to have come from [email protected] because this is the default mail in forminators form general settings. I am asking if there is a way to automatically reply to that email to the mail that the customer submited in the form. I mean automatically because i can copy the mail from the form and when i choose reply i can erase the [email protected] and paste the copied customers mail. I mean automatically. Anyway thank you for your time
Cheers

On this topic: how can I troubleshoot this when I do have the form user’s email in the reply-to field for the form, but that email header doesn’t seem to come through on the receiving end? Any tips would be appreciated.
Update: I found the other thread re. leading space in reply-to field, that fixed it for me. So it seems that using the + button to put a form field (i.e. sender email address) in the reply-to field may have a space character before the placeholder, and removing the space may fix problems.
Greg deJong (@dwegowy) Thank you very much. That was the problem!! a hidden white space!!
Thanks again!!

OK yes it still appears to exhibit this behaviour. It could still cause trouble for some users if they don’t know to remove that space character.
Creating a new form, editing the Email Notifications > Advanced, choosing the form’s email field:

The field is inserted but there is a space character preceding it (highlighted), which seems to interfere with the reply-to header being included on form notification emails:

Hello @marajo2021 and @dwegowy !
Thank you for reporting and figuring out this issue! I wasn’t able to replicate it, but it may be dependent on some specific conditions. I’ve created a bug report for the Forminator team to include a fix for this in one of the upcoming versions of the plugin.
Kind regards,
Pawel
