Essentially all on our end is working well and appears to be processing the registrations but the person registering is getting an error message. “An error occured when processing the form. Please try again (undefined). I made a test on my lab site and Form works well as it should. It seems that the issue exists only on your site. I reviewed console errors on your site once more, and I was able to notice that the response from the server, when sending a form, points to a database error and SQL syntax. * I pinged our Forminator Team to review this. Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict.
