 * I recently added the CallTrackingMetrics Plugin, and am trying to get FormReactor
entries to flow into the CTM Call log.
 * In the plugin settings, it states: “simply create a form with a phone number
field, submit the form at least once, and a FormReactor will appear in your CallTrackingMetrics
account automatically so you can customize how to react to form submissions.”
 * My form uses the standard “Phone” field type, but I’m not having any luck with
it magically appear in the FormReactor list. Is there something I’m missing?
