 * I have added a contact page to my site, and it works fine. What I need it to 
   do though is to have a drop down so users can select who it goes to. I have looked
   at the different plugins and can’t find one that says anything about this. I 
   do not want to have to do three forms, I only want one that gives the option 
   of sending to person (A) or person (B) or to both (A) and (B). I see in setting
   git up you can change the html for the layout of the form but not the area that
   tells it where to send it.

 * hi. i dont know if this is what you mean. but you can check. please be aware 
   of the version you are using as some versions do not support.
 * your question look like u need to filter the contact from the panel inside
