Title: Forms are not processing Last modified: February 27, 2018 --- # Forms are not processing * Resolved [houdapruitt](https://wordpress.org/support/users/houdapruitt/) * (@houdapruitt) * [8 years, 3 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forms-are-not-processing/) * Users on my site are experiencing an issue with the forms where either 1) the form stalls on submit, the button gets stuck on “processing” and no success message appears (even though I receive the admin email that the form was submitted) OR 2) the form appears to submit, but then disappears. 50/50 as to whether the success message comes up (regardless, I still get the admin email). * Based on user feedback, the issue is mainly with the second form on the page ( Order Form). At this point, form submissions aren’t even saved. * This is really unacceptable. I wasted SOOOOO much time yesterday thinking it was a conflict with my theme or my plugins. * This morning I turned off all the plugins except for ninja forms and reverted back to 2015 theme…. still the same issue. Sometimes it is not processed. * It is hard to test since it is an intermittent problem. No suggestion of what plugins are likely to conflict, unfortunately, or any known conflicts. * For an intermittent problem like this, such a process could take days. It is less of a time suck to redo my forms with a different plugin, which I am preceding to do. There is of course no guarantee that there won’t be problems with that as well. Living with WordPress… if someone came up with a plugin that identified likely plugin and theme conflicts, they could retire on the proceeds.
